1.1.    In using the Purchase Services to purchase the Product through the Website, you will agree to the payment of the purchase price listed on the Website for the Product (the ‘Purchase Price‘).

1.2     Payment can be made via the website or in person.

1.3.    In using the Purchase Services, you warrant that you have familiarised yourself with, and agree to be bound by, the applicable Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy.

1.4.  Following payment of the Purchase Price being confirmed by Wattle Bee Au you will be issued with a receipt to confirm that the payment has been received and Wattle Bee Au may record your purchase details for future use.

1.5.  Wattle Bee Au may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of the Products within 7 days days of your receipt where the Product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition. You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund pursuant to this clause.

1.6.  You are entitled to a replacement, credit or refund where item(s) have a fault, such as:

1. when it is faulty; or
2. wrongly described;
   1. We are not required to replace your product if you simply change your mind.

1.7 There are not returns on last chance items

However, if you are not happy with your product, Wattle Bee Au may, at their discretion, decide to exchange or provide you with a credit, providing the product is returned to us in its original packaging in brand new condition. Please let us know if you are unsatisfied with a product or the service you have received from us we are always happy to help find a solution.

Pack the items securely. Please wrap the product so it does not get damaged in transit. All returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received, remain unopened and have had no contact with your skin. Please send by registered post as Wattle Bee Au is not responsible for lost packages.

Original shipping costs are not refundable and where the item is as described the return of the item is at the customers expense.
